High Chinese language army leaders Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli are underneath investigation for suspected “severe” disciplinary violations, in response to the Ministry of Nationwide Defence.
Zhang is the first-ranked vice-chairman of the Central Navy Fee (CMC), China’s prime army command physique headed by President Xi Jinping, whereas Liu is chief of its Joint Workers Division.
