For the reason that begin of the battle in Ukraine’s japanese Donbas area in 2014, the Russian-installed regime there has been arbitrarily detaining civilians on a large scale. Journalists, activists, native politicians: nearly anybody the occupation authorities take a dislike to is in peril of being taken prisoner and tortured.
