The developer behind the open-world RPG Crimson Desert has issued an official apology after gamers found a number of situations of AI-generated artwork within the recreation. Pearl Abyss posted on X that it launched the sport with some 2D visible props that have been made with “experimental AI generative instruments” and forgot to switch them earlier than launch.
