Division of Homeland Safety (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem stated Sunday the federal government is sending extra federal brokers to Minnesota to guard immigration officers and proceed enforcement operations amid rising tensions following the deadly capturing of a U.S. citizen.

Noem instructed " Sunday Morning Futures " host Maria Bartiromo that DHS will probably be sending lots of extra brokers on Sunday and Monday to Minneapolis to permit Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol brokers to do their work "safely."

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin instructed Fox Information Digital on Thursday that since Operation Metro Surge started, DHS legislation enforcement has arrested greater than 1,500 people, together with alleged murderers, pedophiles, rapists, and gang members throughout Minnesota.
