SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador (AP) — Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele proposed finishing up a prisoner swap with Venezuela on Sunday, suggesting he would trade Venezuelan deportees from the United States his government has stored imprisoned for what he known as “political prisoners” in Venezuela.
