Europe is weighing its phrases after Washington’s publication of an official coverage paper that warns the Outdated Continent is beneath risk of “civilisational erasure”, with fading powers overrun by migrants. It’s the logical follow-up to Vice President JD Vance’s admonishments again in February on the Munich Safety Convention, one which goes far past the unexplained absence of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio ultimately week’s NATO overseas ministers’ assembly.
