Hungary has banned its gasoline transmission system operator from holding auctions for shipments to Ukraine within the third quarter, as it strikes to wind down provides to its neighbour in a dispute over oil flows. Hungary and Slovakia, whose leaders are outliers within the European Union for sustaining relations with Moscow, blame Kyiv for an outage on the Druzhba pipeline that provides their refineries with Russian crude pumped by Ukraine.
