Hurricane Melissa, already one of many strongest hurricanes in historical past, made landfall in Cuba on Wednesday morning as a Class 3 power with winds at 120 miles per hour. It has now weakened to Class 2. The National Hurricane Center warned that Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic are going through harmful flash floods and landslides. The storm is liable for at least seven deaths as of Wednesday morning.
