WASHINGTON/NEW DELHI, Oct 16 (Reuters) – The USA and India have held productive commerce talks, and Indian refiners are already slicing Russian oil imports by 50%, a White Home official informed Reuters on Thursday.
Nonetheless, Indian sources stated the lower was not seen but, although it might be mirrored in import numbers for December or January. Refiners had already positioned orders for November loading that included some cargoes for December arrival as properly, the sources stated.
