ISLAMABAD (AP) — Iran’s overseas minister held talks with prime Pakistani officers on Monday to try to mediate within the escalation between Islamabad and New Delhi after final month’s deadly attack on tourists within the Indian-controlled part of Kashmir, because the United Nations urged either side to train restraint.
