Final night time, Israel went to battle with Iran — launching a bombing raid focusing on Iran’s senior army management and high nuclear scientists. The strikes were a tactical triumph for Israel: The heads of each Iran’s complete army and its Revolutionary Guards have been killed within the opening hours, and Iranian air defenses took a massive hit. Israel suffered few, if any, losses and suffered no quick main retaliation.
