DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Israel launched a brand new wave of strikes on Iran and threatened on Friday that its assaults “will escalate and develop” after U.S. President Donald Trump claimed talks on ending the conflict have been going nicely and gave Tehran extra time to open the Strait of Hormuz, although there have been no indicators of Iran backing down.
