Israel has focused Hamas chief Mohammad Sinwar in a strike on a hospital in southern Gaza on Tuesday night, in response to a senior Israeli official and two sources accustomed to the matter.
He grew to become the militant group’s de facto chief after the Israeli army killed his brother, Yahya Sinwar, final October.
Tuesday’s strike killed six Palestinians and wounded no less than 40 extra, in response to the Palestinian Ministry of Well being.
