Israel to occupy swaths of south Lebanon and destroy homes close to border

Israel’s defence minister has vowed his military will block residents from returning to southern Lebanon after the struggle and will probably be destroying all houses in villages alongside the border, during which he implied could be a Gaza-like scale of destruction as seen in Rafah and Beit Hanoun. Greater than 1200 individuals have been killed in Lebanon and over 1.2 million displaced since Israel started its offensive towards Hezbollah at first of March.
