CAIRO — The Iranian-backed Houthis stated Saturday an Israeli airstrike killed the prime minister of the rebel-controlled authorities within the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.
Ahmed al-Rahawi was killed in a Thursday strike in Sanaa together with numerous ministers, the rebels stated in an announcement.
The Israeli navy stated Thursday that it “exactly struck a Houthi terrorist regime navy goal within the space of Sanaa in Yemen.”
