Kamala Harris makes first critique of President Trump in newest speech

[ad_1] Former Vice President Kamala Harris had her "I informed ya so" second at a speech in California Thursday.

"We're seeing individuals keep quiet. We're seeing organizations keep quiet. We're seeing those that are capitulating to obviously unconstitutional threats. And these are the issues we're witnessing. Every day in the previous couple of months in our nation. And it understandably creates an incredible sense of concern. As a result of you recognize there have been many issues we knew would occur," Harris mentioned on the Main Girls Outlined Summit in Dana Level, California.

"I’m not right here to say I informed you so," Harris mentioned, breaking into laughter with the viewers. "I swear, I wasn’t going to say that."

Harris’ feedback had been the primary time she took a victory lap of kinds after her crushing defeat within the presidential election.

A number of of Trump's initiatives are tied up within the courts and shares plunged this week as his tariffs rocked global markets .

A brand new ebook studies Harris was blindsided by her 2024 election loss to Trump as a result of she "purchased the hype" that she would win.

The ebook tackles the 2024 presidential marketing campaign and the chaos that unfolded after former President Biden withdrew from the race and Harris took his place on the high of the Democratic ticket.

Harris in February delivered her first major speech since her election loss in November after a number of months out of the general public highlight.

Whereas accepting an award from the NAACP Picture Awards, Harris took veiled jabs at Trump and Division of Authorities Effectivity chief Elon Musk.
