Madagascar’s president Andry Rajoelina stated on Monday that he needed to transfer to a secure place to guard his life, following weeks of youth protests calling for his resignation. Talking on FRANCE 24, Dr Luke Freeman of College School London says that Rajoelina, regardless of first coming to energy by championing reform, ‘hasn’t been capable of handle the basis issues’ of Madagascar, as an alternative specializing in ‘vainness initiatives’.
