A court docket in Malaysia has dismissed jailed former Prime Minister Najib Razak’s bid to serve the rest of his sentence for corruption at house, ruling {that a} royal doc permitting the transfer was not legitimate.
The ruling on Monday dealt one other blow to Najib, who has been imprisoned since August 2022 for his function within the multi-billion dollar 1MDB scandal.
