Man taunts campus Turning Level USA desk, says Kirk received shot ‘for a motive’

Police on the University of New Mexico (UNM) arrested a person who allegedly tried to steal Turning Level USA indicators throughout a campus tabling occasion and mentioned that "Kirk received shot within the neck for a motive," referring to slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Within the video of the incident, a masked man argues with folks on the Turning Level USA desk, objecting to their buttons about criticizing socialism. At one level, when invited to debate his views, the person mentioned, "You are doing the Kirk bulls---. Kirk received shot within the neck for a motive."

"Whoa," a girl replied. "That is not cool in any respect. Charlie was a father and a husband."

The person added that Kirk promoted violence earlier than taking the Turning Level USA indicators. The Turning Level USA video is edited, so it is not clear what transpired earlier than he's seen being arrested by campus police.

In an announcement to Fox Information Digital, Ben Cloutier, govt director of strategic communications for the College of New Mexico, mentioned, "The College of New Mexico is firmly dedicated to the rules of free speech and values its function as a public sq. for debate, a market of concepts, and a spot to check and problem competing viewpoints and opinions."

Cloutier added that the college "stays devoted to defending constitutionally protected expression whereas making certain the protection of our campus group."

Fox Information Digital reached out to the College of New Mexico Turning Level USA chapter and the College of New Mexico Police for remark.

A memorial for Kirk was held on Sept. 13 on the college's campus.

The 31-year-old co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA was shot and killed on Sept. 10 whereas talking at Utah Valley College throughout his American Comeback Tour .
