Mark Sanchez, former quarterback for the New York Jets, and his present employer, Fox Sports activities, are being sued by the person he allegedly attacked previous to being stabbed over the weekend.
The lawsuit, filed by 69-year-old truck driver Perry Tole, claims “assault and battery in opposition to Sanchez, and of negligent hiring, retention and supervision in opposition to Fox,” per Sports activities Illustrated.
