Russia needs to resolve its conflict in Ukraine by “diplomatic and political means” however would proceed navy operations till its “objectives” are achieved, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on July 27.
Responding to a query from Russian state-controlled information company Tass, Peskov stated that “the objectives of (conflict) should be fulfilled earlier than the rules of future relations with Ukraine will be decided.”
