A California jury has dominated that Elon Musk is liable for Twitter traders’ inventory plummeting when he sought to purchase the social media platform for $44bn in 2022. Jurors handed the win to a gaggle of traders who sued the billionaire saying he publicly disparaged the corporate with the goal of bringing down Twitter’s inventory worth to get a greater discount.
