A row has damaged out between builders of a brand new construct property and an area businessman over the possession of a wall – simply two bricks excessive. Lioncourt Houses says it must demolish the ‘dwarf wall’ to create an emergency entry route in step with their planning permission. However Roger White says the two-brick excessive wall subsequent to a growth of 70 properties in Hempsted, Gloucester is his. Mr White says the wall is on land he inherited from his father when he handed away in 1997. He says the plot of land was valued at £10,000 in 2017. He appears like he’s being “bullied” by the builders who he says didn’t strategy him to buy it earlier than constructing work started. They despatched a cease-and-desist letter to Mr White saying that he had “no entitlement to a ransom” over the wall.
