A New Jersey man allegedly broke into a house by a rest room window and tried to sexually assault a lady as she slept early Saturday earlier than he was subdued by the resident inside.

Jermin Fordyce, 36, is charged with first-degree counts of house invasion, housebreaking and tried aggravated sexual assault, in addition to second-degree aggravated assault, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Workplace mentioned.
