Ocean warriors: The race to save lots of seahorses, seagrass and flat oysters

Because the UN Ocean Convention kicks off in Good, we’re specializing in seagrass meadows: very important local weather allies which are among the many least protected ecosystems on Earth. They retailer extra CO2 per hectare than land forests and are house to susceptible species equivalent to seahorses. But practically 30 p.c of those underwater vegetation have already disappeared worldwide as a consequence of air pollution, rising temperatures and dangerous fishing strategies.
