Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) claims her visitor at President Donald Trump’s State of the Union tackle on Tuesday was “forcibly eliminated” from the gallery.
“My visitor, Aliya Rahman, stood up silently within the gallery throughout the president’s speech for a brief time frame, a part of which different visitors have been additionally standing,” Omar wrote in a social media put up. “For that, she was forcibly eliminated, regardless of warning officers about her injured shoulders and finally charged with ‘Illegal Conduct.’”
The Democrat congresswoman then stated she needs solutions concerning the incident.

In January, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers allegedly dragged Rahman, a U.S. citizen, from her automotive in Minneapolis after she encountered a gaggle of officers and protesters at an intersection, the Related Press (AP) reported January 15.
A report aired by Fox9 reveals Rahman inside her automobile as officers and protesters stand close by. She seems to maneuver her automobile ahead a number of occasions whereas the officers have been standing subsequent to it. Moments later, officers pull her out of her automotive.
