Polish and allied plane have been deployed early on Wednesday to make sure the protection of Polish airspace after Russia launched airstrikes focusing on western Ukraine close to the border with Poland, armed forces of the NATO-member nation mentioned.
“Fast-reaction fighter pairs and an early warning plane have been scrambled, and ground-based air protection and radar surveillance programs have reached the very best state of readiness,” the operational command mentioned in a publish on X.
At 0400 GMT (11 p.m. ET), almost all of Ukraine was underneath air raid alerts following Ukrainian Air Power warnings of Russian missile and drone assaults
