Lots of of hundreds of younger devoted feted Pope Leo XIV like a rock star on Saturday at an open-air prayer vigil outdoors Rome, after the top of the Catholic church made a dramatic entrance by helicopter.
Pilgrims started crying and cheering when the white navy helicopter descended over the sprawling website in Rome’s jap outskirts. Organisers mentioned greater than 800,000 younger pilgrims from 146 nations world wide had assembled as a part of a Jubilee of Youth – and maybe as many as 1 million.
