UK inflation accelerates to three.8% on larger air fares, petrol and meals costs
UK inflation has accelerated greater than anticipated to three.8% in July, the best annual fee since early final 12 months, pushed by larger transport prices, equivalent to air fares, and meals costs.
It’s the second month in a row that inflation has stunned on the upside.
