Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., has launched a invoice to authorize the demise penalty as a possible punishment for the sexual abuse of kids.

"INTRODUCING: The Dying Penalty for Baby Rapists Act to amend Title 18 to authorize the demise penalty for aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse of a minor and abusive sexual contact offenses in opposition to kids. It would additionally amend the Uniform Code of Navy Justice (UCMJ) to authorize the demise penalty for the rape of a kid," she stated in a post on X.
