Rivian and Uber have entered into a serious partnership, with the previous to offer the latter with 50,000 robotaxis in a deal value $1.25 billion in funding. This begins with Uber buying 10,000 Rivian R2 robotaxis, which will probably be deployed in San Francisco and Miami by 2028.
