The high-stakes summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian chief Vladimir Putin started with a heat welcome at a US army base in Alaska however ended with a thud Friday (August 15) after they conceded that that they had failed to succeed in any agreements on how one can finish the Russia-Ukraine warfare.
