Below the shadow of US President Donald Trump, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo are about to signal a brand new settlement aimed toward easing tensions within the conflict-torn jap DRC. The deal, celebrated by Trump as a significant peace triumph, comes regardless of ongoing violence on the bottom and raises questions on whether or not it’ll actually change the state of affairs or advance lasting peace.
