Whereas regulation enforcement, the Nationwide Guard, and the Marines are working to comprise the mess within the Los Angeles space and, now, in another main cities, some are starting to marvel who’s bankrolling all this. The rebels are surprisingly well-equipped; lots of them have what look like professionally printed indicators and the like.
