Senegal is famend for its vibrant surf scene, with highly effective Atlantic swells alongside West Africa’s coast providing excellent circumstances for the game. But, restricted entry to gear, coaching, and alternatives usually leaves aspiring native surfers caught on the sidelines. That would quickly change, as Senegal’s first skilled surfers, Ibra Samb and Charif Fall, are spearheading a brand new initiative to deliver surfboards into the nation and assist the subsequent technology trip the waves.
