A swarm of jellyfish has compelled the shutdown of one of many largest nuclear energy vegetation in France after coming into the water consumption techniques used to chill the coastal reactors.
Three reactors on the Gravelines nuclear energy plant in northern France shut down routinely late on Sunday, based on the French nuclear firm EDF, after the filter drums of the pumping stations grew to become filled with a “large and unpredictable” swarm of the marine creatures.
