The Federal Communication Fee plans to vote on new guidelines that may ban using Chinese language expertise in undersea cables, in response to a press launch from FCC Chairman Brendan Carr. The proposed guidelines will apply to any firm on the FCC’s present record of entities that pose “an unacceptable threat to the nationwide safety of america.”
