I provided my apologies in Thursday’s Night Docket installment for being off/out of city for many of Friday and over the weekend. Apparently, the courts didn’t get the memo, as a result of they have been busy beavers all weekend lengthy, and simply attempting to compensate for all that has transpired over the previous 72 hours has been fairly a problem.
