The Toronto Worldwide Movie Pageant has pulled from its lineup a documentary detailing one household’s experiences of the Oct. 7, 2023 assault by Hamas over footage rights and safety points, in keeping with a number of information shops.
In an emailed assertion, the filmmaking crew behind the documentary The Street Between Us: The Final Rescue, acknowledged the cancellation and advised CBC Information that they had been “shocked and saddened” by the pageant’s resolution.
