The Trump administration requested that the Supreme Courtroom raise a choose’s order blocking the administration from ending Short-term Protected Standing (TPS) amnesty for greater than 300,000 Venezuelan migrants.
On Thursday, U.S. Solicitor Common Dean John Sauer requested the Supreme Courtroom in an emergency attraction to dam a ruling from California-based U.S. District Courtroom Decide Edward Chen and to permit the Trump administration’s plans to revoke the TPS protections to proceed, in accordance with Fox Information.
