On Thursday’s broadcast of CNN’s “AC360,” Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) acknowledged that the Trump administration is participating in “the criminalization of immigration legislation and the militarization of immigration legislation.” And that as an alternative of each events making an attempt to return to a rational resolution, “what we’re getting from the administration is the try to criminalize people who find themselves within the nation and to militarize the entire state of affairs. And that’s not simply harmful for the people who find themselves the targets of it, it’s harmful for all of society.”
Host Anderson Cooper requested, “Jamie, to begin with, what do you make of that, Marines getting used to — in assist of ICE?”
