CNN senior political commentator and former Obama adviser David Axelrod stated Monday on “Anderson Cooper 360” that President Donald Trump’s tariffs have been the “starting of the top” of the Trump presidency.
Axelrod stated, “The factor that folks most voted for Donald Trump to do was to scale back prices. These tariffs are going to boost prices, and vehicles are a giant part of that. So he it’s not shocking to me that he has to bail out of this one.”
