America is interdicting and seizing a vessel off the coast of Venezuela in worldwide waters, three U.S. officers instructed Reuters on Saturday, a transfer that comes simply days after U.S. President Donald Trump introduced a “blockade” of all sanctioned oil tankers getting into and leaving Venezuela.
