KYIV, Oct 22 (Reuters) – Russian missile and drone assaults on Ukraine killed six folks, together with two youngsters, and compelled energy outages nationwide, officers stated on Wednesday, as plans for a summit of Russian and U.S. leaders had been shelved after Moscow rejected a ceasefire.
Particles from downed weapons strewed the Ukrainian capital, sparking fires in half its districts, Timur Tkachenko, head of Kyiv’s army administration, stated on the Telegram messaging app.
