Ukraine’s military stated on Saturday it struck a Russian oil refinery within the Ryazan area close to Moscow, as “a part of efforts to scale back the enemy’s capability to launch missile and bomb strikes”. Explosions and a big hearth had been noticed on the website, stated the navy. Ryazan is situated about 200km (125 miles) south-east of Moscow.
