US and Russian officers have quietly drafted a brand new plan to finish the Ukraine struggle that may require Kyiv to give up territory and severely restrict the dimensions of its army, it was reported on Wednesday. It was unclear whether or not the Trump administration had formally backed the proposal, which in line with the studies would require Ukraine to cede territory it controls within the east of the nation and halve the dimensions of its army.
