Ukrainian forces have struck a tanker in a southern Russian port and triggered deaths, the regional governor stated early on Thursday. The strike within the southern Russian port of Rostov-on-Don broken the vessel and, in keeping with preliminary data, crew members had died, regional governor Yuri Slyusar stated on Telegram. Mayor Alexander Skriabin was quoted by Russian information companies as saying: “Emergency groups are extinguishing the fireplace on the tanker that was struck whereas docked in a drone assault … A leak of oil merchandise was averted. Sadly, there are lifeless and injured.” Slyusar additionally stated components of a high-rise residence block beneath building had been broken within the metropolis and two personal properties burned in a close-by city.
