The United Nations Basic Meeting on Friday overwhelmingly endorsed a declaration outlining “tangible, time-bound and irreversible steps” towards a two-state answer between Israel and the Palestinians, with out the involvement of Hamas. Israel rejected the declaration, calling it a prize for the fear group.
