Vladimir Medinsky made his personal troopers when he was a boy. Rising up within the Nineteen Seventies within the metropolis of Smila, a railway junction in Ukraine’s Cherkasy oblast on the uplands of the Dnieper River, Medinsky would minimize toy troopers out of paper, paint on their uniforms with fastidious fingers and repair them to thick cardboard backing.
