The award-winning creator of a brand new e-book has spoken to FRANCE 24 about how it’s the voices and listening to the chatter of his characters that evokes him to put in writing. Swedish-Tunisian author Jonas Hassen Khemiri’s new e-book “The Sisters” in English or “Les Sœurs” in French follows the lives of three sisters and a curse that weighs on them. Within the e-book they spend 35 years making an attempt to interrupt the curse “All the things you’re keen on, you’ll lose”. He spoke to us in Perspective.
